BUILDING AREA: 1st Floor – 12,000sf 2nd Floor – 5,600sf
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: 1st floor is 8” thick slab-on-grade with Masonry walls 8’ tall. 2nd Floor is beam and decking with 4” concrete. Building is pre-engineered with 26 ga metal siding and trim and 24 ga standing seam roof.

PROJECT SCOPE: Design/build of a 17,600 sf vehicle maintenance facility for the City of Atlanta/Marta to be used for maintenance of (2) streetcars at one time. The building is constructed under the I-75/I-85 interstate bridge with only 25 vertical feet of working clearance under the bridge beams. One full bay has a 100 feet long open pit for maintenance. Building has a 7-1/2 ton bridge crane and a mezzanine to provide access to roof mounted streetcar equipment. The building contains offices, training room, and full service parts and service areas.
